How Our Network Works
Talk to a local provider
Who You Talk To
When you call the number on this site, the call goes to an independent roofing provider who works in your part of the Nashville area, or to a partner who connects you with one. When you send the form, a provider reaches out by phone, text or email. Namimart Roofing is the referral service in between. The roofing work, the estimate and the warranty all come from the provider.
What Happens on the First Call
Expect a few simple questions. The provider will ask your address, what you have noticed, how old the roof is and whether water is coming in. They may ask about a recent storm. Then they set a time to come out. The first call is a bit like booking a doctor's visit. You describe the symptoms, and the exam comes later.
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
Before anyone starts work, it helps to ask:
- Can I see proof of liability and workers' comp insurance?
- Is a license required for this work here, and do you hold one?
- Will you show me photos of what you found?
- Do you recommend repair or replacement, and why?
- What exactly is in the written estimate?
- What warranty covers your workmanship?
- How much is due before work begins?
Write the answers down or ask for them in the estimate. Clear answers are a good sign. Vague ones are worth a second look.
You Stay in Charge
You can get more than one estimate, take your time and say no. A request through Namimart Roofing does not commit you to hire anyone. If a provider pushes for a signature during the visit, it is fine to ask for time to read the estimate at home.
Ready When You Are
If something about your roof has you wondering, a short conversation with a local provider is a calm first step.
